I might have one on the CD the hospital gave me when I retired. It is supposed to have all my medical records on it...to be honest, I've never even opened that disk to see what's on it, LOL Guess I should check that out

I gotta' find it first, LOL. I can't even begin to explain how much stuff they hand you when you retire from active duty. It's literally a mountain of papers and junk. That CD is in there somewhere...I think.
