It sure doesn't lol
And it was funny because after all of the hectic events taking place within those seconds, when we hit the ground, the first thing that came out of my mouth was "next year I'm spending my birthday with mom" hahaha it was great to know that the first thing out of my mouth was a joke, and hearing both me and my dad laugh was a good sign that we were both okay. I am still grateful that we both managed to come away unhurt.

Decided to build a bungee jumping thing out of two 3.5 foot long 2 inch diameter garage door springs. Springs snapped and fell on my head. God I did some stupid things as a teenager...
