Anything up to 500g can live in a 16qt tub. But if I have space in my 28qt rack, they go in there after 300.
Here's my list of tub to weight ratio:
6 qt- hatchlings
15qt- 500 g or less
28/32 qt - 2000 g or less
41 qt - 2000 g or more
