Bumblebee Pattern Strange?
I am looking at buying a Bumblebee but this one's pattern (or at least the stripe on it's back) doesn't look quite right to me from the pictures I have seen.
I am new to BPs and this would be my first. It is supposed to be about a year old and they don't know the weight (private seller, not a breeder). I will have to travel about an hour to get it.
Just looking for some advice, so all comments welcome!

Can you provide a picture of the bee? It's difficult to give advice if we don't know what it looks like.

I was trying to figure that out and the 10 minutes to edit the post was up...Off to work so I will have to upload them to a gallery and link them when I return. I thought I could upload them directly when I posted.

You can link a photo directly into he post, but you need to upload it to Photobucket or some other photo hosting site first. Then post the IMG code here.

He's cool looking...definitely has a strange pattern. Looks like he may be going into shed in the pics. I'd have no problem adding him to my collection...

Some spiders have patterns like that, so it makes sense that some Bees do as well.

If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.
