All tarantulas are venomous. Most species venom aren't that medically significant but there are a few species that, while they won't kill you, will make you very uncomfortable. It's best to avoid being bit by any species of tarantula. They can all bite but the species and the individual tarantula's attitude itself will effect the likelihood of being bit.
