Re: Day 61... Hurry up now

Not all of them are out of the sack but a couple are.. Any advice on cutting the sac? It looks a bit delicate and very sloppy, I'm afraid il cut something wrong.

Many say that at this point it wouldn't even matter if you hit a blood vein, but I try to avoid it anyways so it doesn't get messy. I used rounded tipped scissors when I cut and that way when opening the sack I felt less risk of poking the little one.

So I just cut through the gooey sack with scissors? A lot of the babies are upside down in the eggs but around half are the right way up but on a closer luck ALL are surrounded by the sac with the blood vessels in

Yes, it shouldn't take much "cutting" but rather just breaking that seal. A few of mine in the egg seem to be upside down too, but as far as I know this is normal. They move around and settle in the egg however they please until they come crawling out.

Well... I've just been through all the eggs and cut the sacks and as if by magic the babies are moving about lots. Almost instantly after I split each sack the begin wiggling about. I've even noticed twins in one egg. Let's hope tomorrow morning brings some heads out. Thanks for your help.
