what morph
i am looking at getting a male ball python morph. i can spend up to $200. i was looking at a 2011 mojave for 150 a 2011 cinny for 150 and a 2012 fire for 200 which one do you think i should get.

IMO, you should save up for a double gene male. If you're planning on breeding, single gene males get obsolete fast. It will save you time and money in the long run.
But if its just a pet, I suggest the cinny or mojave. They're visually nice and different.

Out of those I would go with the mojave, just personal preference.

What are your future breeding plans? What females do you currently have?

get your females first, they take longer to mature, and then when you need a male(about a year before breeding depending on how old the male is) get the male. the year will give you time to quarantine the snake and make sure it is feeding and gain weight, and healthy. and as satomi said get a double gene male, bumblebees are a "cheaper male(about $400-500)" bp that gives you two genes and adds more genes to your collection(but I love all spider mixes). but i would get the females first some single and doubles(or if you want to wait to save for some 3 gene females).
but for the males you said i would go fire.

I agree with 1nstinct.
I also suggest getting females first.
Males mature much quicker than females, so you can get them the year before you breed. Possibly even months. Some males can even breed within months of hatching. (For example, 6 months of age).
Female hatchlings, however, will take at least 2 years to sexually mature.
So all in all, don't worry about males yet. And by time you think about males, they might even come down in price by then.

To the OP, Good advice here our fairly new BPnet friend.. the posts from Satomi and 1nstinct are right on.. especially if u are planning on cooking up some miniature snakies, which seems to be the case here. Have fun with the search and good luck waiting to receive the new addition once it is found, its worse then a 5 yr old on christmas eve. Oh, and wait till u actually have eggs.. its worse then waiting to get your new snake, which is worse then a 5 yr old on Christmas eve.
