Should I warm up the incubator?

What do you guys think!? Should I start to warm up the incubator?

I don't start my incubator when they are building, still way too early,I start my incubator 15 days after my first pre-lay shed and it still give me 2 + weeks to get it stabilized, so depending on where you are at with your first clutch this should give you an idea.

We usually crank ours up one week before our projected lay date at the minimum as a test, dry run, we include in our test run the tub in which the eggs are going to be with the vermiculite/ water mix prepared as if we where placing the eggs in the incubator. If anything is going to go wrong its better to know before the eggs go in. hope that helps.

Looks like you can almost count the eggs in that second picture. I'm one to start the incubator up early ( second season for breeding ) just to make sure everything is working correctly and I have time to fix anything that may need some attention.
