It's on pages 216-220. It suggests swabbing the infected area with a 1% gentian violet solution or methylene blue. Also it says nystatin is an antibiotic used to treat fungal infections in humans and should help the T. See your vet for that but there is no database to help you figure out the efficiency or treatment method to use. There are also anecdotal reports of at athlete's foot treatments working as well.
