Logo help

I have a logo in mind and have actually sent a PM to a member here but I haven't seen her in quite a while and was wondering if anyone else has experience with Photoshop or any other software that can make crisp logos. I am not trying to get anything free, I definitely will pay, I am not sure what a logo typically runs to draw out from someone's idea but... If anyone has experience I would certainly appreciate a PM, even if it is to point me in a direction.

Adobe illustrator would probably be easier to use for making a logo, not photoshop.

I had a specific person do mine but I kinda like the idea of the competition sites. Like 99 designs. You layout all the same info you would for an individual designer, only it gets farmed out to a bunch of people to compete by submitting different designs. You can then pick different aspects of designs and start a new competition. Never done it but I have heard really good things about it.

Thank you Deborah, I just PM'd her on FB. I really hope she doesn't think I am trying to stalk her, LOL, I pm'd her on BP.net, pm'd her on her website, and now on FB. I was just blown away at your logo and really want an idea of mine to be as crisp as yours.
