We will soon find out when my lemon pastel drops her eggs and i hope to see some pastel het lavs this season.............not to mention he courted a couple dinker females as well.

I'm just upset regarding the unprofessional way clockwork handled the fact the snake was incorrectly sexed. This is no joking matter folks. I paid 5k for a female lav and received the snake which is fact a male and I have pics to prove the lav is a male. Unfortunately Clockwork claims that they are no longer responsible for the improper sexing of the snake. Yes, I'm calling out Clockwork reptiles. They still could make this right somehow. Until then, I am boycotting any future purchase of their animals. I would not recommend. It's my problem now. try dumping 11k for a pair and both being males. OUCH!!! A nice discount on the female enchi het ghost could make this attitude change if you are reading this CLOCKWORK REPTILES. I bet anyone reading this would feel the same way.

As far as happy, yes he is gorgeous. But I purchased a "female" RDR lavender albino with paperwork by Clockwork reptiles. YES, I have the lavender albino in their website, and my paperwork from clockwork says female lavender albino. I will adapt but I lost a year in breeding projects when I learned this female was a make. I had this lav with a reduced pattern clown. They fought. That is when I learned the lave is NOT a female, but a male. NO DOUBLE HET LAV x HET CLOWNS THIS YEAR!! I contacted Josh Platt the person who purchased the snake from Clockwork with the guarantee, and I have the paperwork as well. Clockwork and Josh Platt will not do anything to remedy this HUGE error. Buyer BEWARE!!

Clockwork if you want to make good with me or iron this out, pm me and I will give you my number and we can chat.
    Sincerely
    Ray Wilke

WOW, hope that situation gets righted more in YOUR favor...That's kinda F'd up that they wouldn't take ANY responsibility for THEIR error...

But all in all, I guess like you said, your only a year behind of what you had planned...

Good Luck in the future and hope you make some bada$$ babies to make up for that easily FIXED mix-up.

Yes, I would recommend their animals if they make it right. That is a HUGE mistake to sell an improperly sexed animal. At least a breeder should guarantee the sex/gender of the animal. At least offer something to make it right. What a shame.

I may have misunderstood you, but it seems like you purchased the animal from a guy named Josh, not clockwork. If so wouldn't your beef be with him, not clockwork? He might have a beef with them but that would be up to him to decide, would it not. Or have I missed something. Also did the paperwork come with a picture incorporated in the guarantee so you could be sure the animal is the same one sold to Josh. Just asking.... Personally i would go see the guy I bought it from.

The lav was on clockworks website. I still have pics from their site and I can match the lav with the pics. I do have the paperwork from clockwork, and the paperwork reads female. I contacted both with no success. Either way, I try to stay away from both Josh and Clockwork. All I wanted to do is maybe work thing out on a future purchase, cut me a little break, nothing special or huge......something. I have enough to work with now and made up for it this past season as well as this season. I back everything I sell, I just feel slighted to say the least.
