Using a male breeder two different parts of the year?

So, I am looking at purchasing a few bp's but wanted to know what I can expect from them for the year.

The male and female are breeders and have been paired and locked several times in the last couple weeks. There is a third, a female that is not up to weight yet, but assuming will be by the end of the year. I would like to use the male for both of these females.

So the big question is, since he has already started pairing the two, should I continue pairing them? If I do, assuming he does not lose a ton of weight that is not regained by the end of the year, can he be paired at that time with the second female? Or would this be asking too much from him?

If that option is asking too much for the male, can I stop the pairing that is going on now to pair them all at the same time? Or has the pairing already started the cycle and continue to pair and forget about the 2nd female until next year?

You don't want to spot breeding the female he is now. If she has started building and you stop pairing them she will reabsorb the follicles. Then she most likely won't be ready to go until the year. Keep pairing her until you see her ovulate.
By this time of the other female is to size and age, start pairing her. As long as the male hasn't lost a lot of weight. If she's not to size as still needs a couple moths. Then that's some time for your male to eat and pack on some needed weight.

I've never heard of them absorbing follicles because you stop pairing.

I have not heard this before either...
I have one large female that's growing follicles that hasn't seen a male in over 2 months, I doubt she will reabsorb
