Young ones can be prone to acting that way. Given time, and propper handling on a regular baisis, they almost always grow out of it.
I urge you not to let your husband close any mouse mouths with forceps. The chances of a mouse hurting your snake are minimal. No need to help the snake do what it does best.

i also talked to her breeder and he said the same type of thing to just ease her into gentle handling and hopefully shell out grow it thanks for the help
