ball pythons glow for a reason, not just because they want to and not before a prelay shed and not for many months, it just doesn't work that way.
The glow happens after the preov shed and last until they go into prelay shed
However long the time between sheds is will dictate how long the female glows.

I think you got your sheds mixed up
