Hi there,

I got a 2011 HRA on April 22nd, and he just ate his first f/t rat pup with me (woohoo!). I left it in the enclosure and walked away after the "zombie dance" didn't work and he had eaten it when I checked on him approximately 30 minutes later. However, I noticed that there was a wet patch in the substrate (urine) as well a small wet-looking white and green urate (i.e. one half of it is white and the other half is green). It is directly beside the cool hide where he is right now, and where the rat was consumed.

Husbandry:
20 gallon blacked out tank
Warm side: 89-92
Cool side: 82-84
Humidity: 55%
2 identical hides
1 appropriately sized water dish
1 decorative plant
Reptobark substrate *note: he did not consume any substrate as the rat was placed on papertowel*

I have never seen this before and am worried beyond belief. His urinary/ fecal movements have been completely normal up until now, and he is behaving normally (sleeps during the day, active at night).

So, what could cause a small wet white/green movement more or less directly after eating?
