    Your BP should be fine, though I would carefully go through everything inside your cage to make sure that there aren't any sharp objects that could do this. (espicially since you said that this isn't the first time)

    Keep a close eye on it, if it even starts to look infected go to your local pharmacy and get some Betadine (over the counter) you will dilute the Betadine in warm not hot water (water temp in the mid to upper 80's) I believe the ratio is 1 part Betadine to 10 parts water. It should be a light tea color if diluted properly.

    Do not use hydrogen peroxide or neosporin. Both of those will do more harm than good.

    I would be more worried about what is causing this so it can be prevented in the future, the wound itself looks superficial.
