I simply put mine in the dishwasher and set it to "HIGH TEMP WASH" and "SANITIZE" I do the same with water dishes and hides

yes dish soap is fine as a wash. Bleach is also good it just needs to be washed off well. Use your nose no bleach smell should be present.

    Question F10 Question

Is it safe for the snake to spray on an appropriate mixture of f10 and water on a paper towel then use it to wipe down the snake? I did that to try to get some of the stench off the snake after a messy bowel movement.

I would not use f10 on a cloth at working strength directly on a snake. All chemical disinfectants are made to kill things what works just fine.
