    Well as Mike said it is illeagle so if push comes to shove you can take legal action.

    As I said I would contact NERD about this. Make sure that the gaurentees that you got isn't from them (not saying I think it is, but having them say so will really help you if you have to take legal actions) I'm sure that they have dealt with this before since they are such a big name in the industry. They are your best bet at this point.

    If they can't help you more than confirming that those snakes didn't come from them then you have 2 options. Try to deal with this guy alone... Or threaten to take legal action. Just that threat might be enough to get him talking again.
