OMG...Skyward Sword issue...*Spoiler alert*

OMG, I'm sooooo frustrated. I borrowed Skyward Sword from a friend of mine and I've been playing through it. I watched him play through a lot of it, copied his file, and continued from the 2nd Silent Realm trial. Pretty tricky. But...
Now I'm up against Demise, and WOW, he is -hard-. Impossible even??
How many stages does this guy HAVE? I've emptied my adventure pouch of everything but 4 bottles (3 of heart potion, 1 of guardian potion), my Goddess shield, Life medal and Potion medal. I still have died 5 times since I met him tonight about 2 hours ago...
He's ridiculous! I've gotten to his second stage and attempted the Fatal Blow twice. Of course, he dodges it. That's as far as I've gotten. No spoilers please but I'm just venting frustration. -_-
He's harder than Ganondorf was in Twilight Princess and that horseback battle was tricky, tricky.
Best technique I've figured so far takes forever--works best in the first phase but is hard in second phase with lightning. Run up to him, wait for him to attack, jump backwards, immediately jump attack forwards upon his swinging sword attack. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
For second phase it's hard because if you miss-time the jump attack, you get a nice faceful of lightning bolt. >.< So I've started just avoiding his attack completely with a back flip until his electrical charge runs out, but this is also difficult as I can maybe get 3 swings in him before he's recharged.
Takes forever. -_-
Wow! Nice job, Nintendo, a Zelda boss I actually am REALLY frustrated with.
There have been so many puzzles in the dungeons that have taken me forever to figure out...Total play time is about 18 hours. But this boss is ridiculous.
I bet after I finally finish the lightning phase he'll have another one....Ugh.
So fun but SO AGGRAVATING! And now I've stayed up too late again so I'm going to be tired tomorrow, lol.
I must beat him. I must!
Back to try again after some sleep.
Does anyone else think, after reading Demise's description from Fi, that he's also Ganondorf? She says something like "he's different in each epoch and looks different to each person who sees him" according to legends. Perhaps in the other Zelda games he turns out to be Ganondorf? Not sure. I'll be soooo bummed if Ganon isn't in a Zelda game. :p
Anyway. Off to bed now that I've vented.
