Why are you soaking her? You are probably stressing her out - don't handle her everyday if she's not into that.

Why feed her vitamins? Do you not have a calcium dish and gutload/dust prey? Also, waxworms are a "holiday treat" not a staple food.

How long since she stopped eating? (Could be her normal "breeding" cycle where they stop eating for a few months when they are supposed to be looking for mates. I have a girl who went 7 months - scared the daylights out of me as she was my first female. Now I'm used to it.)

Is she still leaving urates? Then see above...

I'm nearly 100% sure she's just hibernating or you've completely stressed her out with all the soaking and attention. Keep track of her weight, we can help you determine when it gets too low and offer suggestions of supplements or when it is time for a vet trip. In the meantime, let the poor thing catch her breath!

In the meantime, I suggest finding a good caresheet and checking all her temps - explanation of hibernation cycle and the like should be on there and what to look for in cases of more serious conditions.
