First order of buisness. Can you describe your husbandry and set up? Temps, humidity, how many hides, what size enclosure?
I recommend buying a kitchen gram scale to keep weight records. If 'she' isn't losing weight, I wouldn't be concerned yet.
Balls go off feed all the time. It can be a biological reason, but it can also mean the husbandry is off. Especially if the snake is young.
Is 'she' active all the time? Or just night? An active ball can mean its stressed. Activity at night is normal.
