what do you guys think of this pastel?

im thinking of buying this pastel from a local breeder i still got to inspect the goods for mites or anything out of normal.

do you guys think this would be a good buy judging by the looks of it?

Are you asking if this looks like a quality pastel? If so, then I would definitely pass.

Other than that, it looks well fed from what I tell in the pic and appears outwardly healthy.

I don't think it's bad. I've seen way worse and browned out pastels here. How many grams is it? If its a hatchling, then the color will brown out much worse and I would pass.... If it's older, then it might just be a normal color change phase....

Can you get a brighter picture? It's a little dark.

It looks like a cell phone pic, which makes it impossible to tell true colors. I see a couple of nice blush spots, but I don't see any screamin' bright yellows that most look for in a high quality pastel. As AK mentioned, if you're trying to add him for breeding purposes, you may want to keep looking for a better example. If it's going to be a pet and you like the way he looks and are happy with the price, then no reason not to go for it...

Not the best pic in the world. But I think it's a nice looking pastel.

Depend why you are buying this animal for, if you are buying it as a pet why not, however I would pass as far as breeding goes.
