Feeding right after shedding?
How long should I wait to feed? She just shed today, and yesterday was the day to offer food but I didn't because I wasn't sure if she was going to shed yesterday or not and I didn't want to bug her too much. Should I offer this afternoon or wait until tomorrow? Tomorrow will have been a full week since her last meal. I figure she just wants to be able to relax so I should leave her be until tomorrow?

My pastel shed Tuesday morning and I fed him that night. Won't hurt anything to offer some food.

They are usually pretty hungry after shedding. I would go for it.

Go ahead and feed.
For me, if it is feeding day they get fed. I have some that will feed during shed and some that won't. All of mine will readily accept a meal the day after shed, usually they will be good and hugry after a shed. A nice meal and clean water will be good for your girl!

So far my snakes have eaten in any stage of shed and right afterwords, it never hurts to offer. It also doesn't hurt to wait a couple days. I bet she's hungry after a fresh shed, so if you feel like trying I don't think it'll bother her any
