tank or tub ?

Since im a beginner, im sure my vote doesn't really count, lol
but we only have one snake and I understand the "ease" of the tub (when we upgrade in size, maybe i'll go that route)

For aesthetics, isn't the tank much more pleasing? I feel like when I invite our friends over to see the snake its either "look at her in her beautiful tank", or "come on over, I keep her here in this 'tub'" lol

Now that i learned the right way to use the heat & humidity, we are not having trouble maintaining it. Again, she's small and we have small tank- I may change my mind when we need to upgrade and I have to handle a big heavy tank

First off, the first priority should be providing the proper husbandry for the snake, and not looks... But I do understand what you are saying. This is one of the reasons why I use PVC cages. They are just as easy as a tub (since they are far more insulated than a tub you could argue that they are even easier) and look great.
