    New addition, SD Retics

Hey everyone, just wanted to show off the newest additions. Got a great deal on a pair of SD Retics. I uploaded a few images to the member gallery. Once I figure out how load them to a thread I will. The pictures do them no justice, the iridescence on them is unreal. We cant wait to get them to breed. I will be keeping these as true %100 SD Retics.

Gorgeous, thanks for sharing! Where did you get them from? They are the next species I will be adding in a couple of months!

As much as i don't like to admit it or push it but I was playing around on craigslist and found a local guy that had them and was moving. He needed to get rid of them so I had to take them. Yea I know, I'm a sucker. Oh well. They are amazing creatures and I can't wait for them to settle in and possibly breed for me.

You are right. Not all is bad on craigslist. But I am still leery about picking up a snake, or any live animal for that matter on craigslist, you just never know what you are going to get and what condition its in.

This pair was just too good of a deal to pass up. They both seem healthy, they are active and have a retic personality, always in your business. They are both clean, no bugs of any sort, seem to be a good weight. The guy I got them off of showed me the rest of his collection, which was a good thing and he had the on F/T which is even better.

The female is right about 8', maybe an inch or two longer at 5 years old. The male is 5.5' and is 4 years old.
