Here's a template for 5x8 cards I made, anyone is free to print and use.
I was the first to come up with/print and sell the ones with the logo in the background to help breeders promote their business when selling animals. Got to be too much work to keep up, so I stopped putting up ads. I do still make them for friends though.
I've also come up with some very nice original designs for genetics cards, business cards, etc. But people will have to actually buy an animal from me to steal those ideas.
