I have been using led lighting for years in my enclosures. The simplest I have found is to use the aquarium 'tube' type. They are self contained and water proof and cheap. There is mounting brackets if you want to use them but I just zip tie the fixture in place. easier.

There are tons of variations this is just the first one I came to.
I own a UV meter (solartech) and very few led have any uv at all. The only ones I have found (I use UV rich lights at work so I have been looking for low heat ones) are more expensive and deep blue. I have never found white ones that have an amount of uv that was higher than 8 µW/cm² and the sun is on a dingy day is over 25 µW/cm² it is so low it makes no difference.
