I can't imagine that your new BP had a good shed at PetSmart, or on the way to PetSmart, for that matter. A little stuck shed here and there is to be expected.
Keep an eye on it and make sure you have your humidity correct. With proper humidity, it should all come off with the next shed, if she doesn't get it off sooner than that.
Pictures would help, but it doesn't sound like you need a trip to the Vet for this issue.
