Not sure about the OP but I use paper towels and when it gets close to lay time I remove them so they don't stick to the eggs. I would do the same thing with newspaper if I used it. It is probably not that necessary but it makes me feel more comfortable to not worry about paper sticking to the eggs...Originally Posted by Mike41793
