Fangs fist small Rat

Fang ate his first small rat last night which I am very happy about even tho it is more to buy then a mouse. What got me really happy was the fact he ate it live as I tried a pre-kill the day before. He came out of his hide after I turned off the lights and was quick at getting him. Fang hasn't seemed that quick at getting his pray for about 2 months

I love the fact he can take a small rat , should I only feed him once a week since he is on rats ?

How big is he? Personally, I switch to one feeding per week when they hit 500 grams and are on small 60-70 gram rats.

He is 300 grms and the small rat he ate was Lil bigger then a big mouse I did forget to weigh the rat , it was not real bigger then his biggest round of Fang about the same size. Was that to big fangs lenght is around 26 inches.
