    Cool news

I took my spider to NERD and they told me that I most likely have a vanilla spider! I always thought it was a little odd that she's soooo much brighter than any other spider I've ever seen. Now I know why!

This is my most recent pic of her

this was a while back when I first got her.

Cool thing is she just seems to get brighter and even more pretty every shed.
I bought her for $100 as a plain spider. If she really is a vanilla, that would be great! But wether or not she is, she is the most beautiful spider I've seen (and I've been trying to find some that look like her) so I think my money was well spent!

Guess you should breed her to prove it out.

I was planning on going with a pastel lesser but I'm thinking a lesser Het pied or something. I have to go redo all my gene wizard searches now to add in that vanilla. she will be up to breeding size next season so I've got plenty of time to find the perfect boy for her. def gonna try that het pied tho! The curiosity will kill me if I don't!!!

Vanilla spider eh? I dare not disagree with NERD but do you know the parents of her? To me she jus looks like a regular spider but I don't know much. I've always thought mine was bright too. Here he is:

He is a big boy at 1500g and a breeding machine. I don't know if you've seen spider pieds but there not my cup of tea so I wouldn't worry about finding a het pied. u may be into em however so best of luck to you.

He is beautiful! Jazmine is a rescue so I know nothing of her heritage. I couldn't even guess as to how old she is sadly. The guys told me the only way to know for sure is to breed her and prove it out. I've decided that I'm going to stick with my original plans for a pastel lesser because I really love the lesser spiders! I've also considered breeding her to another pretty spider and making more beautiful spiders. Like I said, either way I'm just happy that I have such a beautiful snake
