    Evenstar has that bang on! NO a hydrofarm should not be used to run both. I would go so far as to say a hydrofarm should not be used with a RHP at all. With the heat source INSIDE the enclosure I would recommend a proportional Tstat for it I might also suggest a fail safe as well. I have two of them but they don't heat ambient temps much they seem to only heat stuff not the air alone. The addition of a stone under the RHP may help with that.
