    http://market.kingsnake.com/detail.php?cat=32&de=281514

saw that ad today, it said she had light scars from a rat when she was a baby, and that she's ready to breed??? wouldnt the eggs further damage her? if she would even breed.

Possibly. I know somebody on another forum who has a stunning boa that they rescued, but it's got a very bad scar. They won't breed her. They're afraid that her scars would split open.

Damage her how? The appearence of scar tissue would mean that the wounds have long since healed.

When she's eventually ready to breed, I am sure she'll do fine .... unless there is more going on that what was posted in the ad.

Frankly I'd be more concerned about the growth the male had if I was going to buy that pair.

I missed the "light" pat of light scarring when I made my original post.

Cloacal growths are not that uncommon in boids and many breed very well despite them.
