Everyone likes to rip on glass tanks, but I've got Quetzal in one and have no issues with keeping his warm and humid as long as I keep a towel over 90% of his lid and refresh the substrate weekly (or more if he's shedding), and I haven't even insulated the sides. Granted it was a warm winter, so perhaps just the 80+F ambient in my apartment from the heating made it easier for me. Honestly, if people are telling you to steer clear of something that they haven't made work and people have made glass tanks work, I think that a sign![]()
