Small Rats would work here is a list of aprox sizes

    Fuzzies 5-8 grams
    Hoppers 8-12 grams
    Sm. Mice 11-16 grams
    Med. Mice 15-24 grams
    Lg. Mice 24-28 grams
    XLg. Mice 30 grams+

    Rats:

I personally never look at the weight of the BP.
I always feed based on the thickness of the snake, thickest part of BP times 1.5 is the max size food you can give.

Again personal opinion but I judge weight and eye ball girth. I feed sub adults 10% mass every week, give or take. I feed adults less between 3-7% mass every week too. It works for me. I check to make sure it is not an overly round rat and it is not larger than the snakes girth but I have never seen a rat that was 10% of the body weight of a given snake bigger around than the snake is.
