I'd recommend laying off the rosy reds - not a great idea for a couple of reasons.................

For the most part she gets rodents. Occassional Trout. I don't plan on the reds being a major part of her diet. 
What are the reasons you mentioned but didn't clarify? Curious. I've read about goldfish and colubrids. Same issues?

.............and, depending on the source, most feeder fish are filthy.

Alright, that's what I thought. I thought it was a goldfish only issue. I will stick to trout for now and on.

Guppies are nutritionally safe, but there are always potential parasite issues. I believe tilapia is also ok.
