    Your Emissivity settings has been misadjusted, easy fix : )

    The E setting is one of the modes, and should be set to 95E.

    The E setting is a calibration of sorts, which allows you to take temps of more esoteric surfaces, but for 95% of materials, you want it at 95E. Go through the modes, until you see "XXE", whatever the number is. 23E, 48E, get that changed back to 95E and you are good to go : )
