$3.78 a gallon for Unleaded Plus (with ethanol), which is all I buy, so it's all I pay attention to. Nebraska.

My brother and his family live in Hampton!
It was $3.89 this evening in Springfield, IL. I was down by St. Louis today and it was about the same down there.

How much is gasoline in your area and how are you cutting back to cope with the rising costs?
$3.81 is the most I've seen in metro Atlanta.
I'm coping with the rising costs by move to Columbus, GA.
Seriously - my job is relocating me to Columbus at the beginning of May. My commute in Atlanta is 40 miles round trip with 35 stop lights each way - so lots of stop and go driving, which is hell on my fuel efficiency.
In Columbus - my round trip commute will be about 10 miles with maybe 2 lights.

Sad to remember that only a few years ago, we were complaining about gas at $2.50/gallon. That'd seem downright cheap now...
The national average when Obama was sworn in was $1.78.

That is exactly how I feel about my Audi. It's great to drive, comfortable to be in, awesome in the snow, etc, but every time I fill up, I hate life.
