    Don't use any sort of tape. It's not recommended to be used in more controlled environments like a tank or tub because serious harm can come to your snake as it tries to get itself free or you try to get it free (I think I remember somebody's snake lost an eye because of an incident with tape). Try more of the bottle traps but please no tape anywhere.
