    Leo update

This little girl was in bad shape when I got her. She has had horrible sheds that took tons of daily work to get on the right track and an on going eye infection. I finally got the infection to go away and she is now clean and clear of all issues. She is downing dubia roaches and is in great shape. I'm glad I was able to get her healthy again.

This is a picture of when I first got her.

Here she is now. She looks like she is about to go into shed again.

    This picture cracks me.

Aww, poor baby. We rescued on off cl that was the same way. Layers, of stuck shed on her toes. She's all good now. Lucky the little buggers seem to bounce back so fast when being properly cared for. She looks good now, good job!

Pardon my lack of knowledge, I've never had a leo before...

*jaw drops* Did she SERIOUSLY grow back all the toes on her front right foot?! The more I look at the first picture, the more convinced I am that she has NO toes on it.

    She looks great too! Congrats!

Im not positive but i know they can drop and regrow their tails so i would imagine toes are a breeze to regrow lol!

Also nice job getting her healthy! Her colors look nice!

    Thanks!

It looks like she is missing full toes in the first pic, but she just had that bad of sheds. It was very difficult to get off. Many days of soaking. She isn't missing any toes, but some of the tips look like they died because of the bad sheds. Luckily it doesn't seem to bother her much now that she has healed.

Thanks, I'm not sure if they can regrow toes. I don't think so.

They will not regrow lost toes. Great job bringing her back to health!

    Thumbs up

She looks great and I'm glad to hear that all of the shed issues and the eye problem are all cleared up now. You did a good job with her!

Thanks! I didn't think they could, but I don't like to give facts without knowing the truth myself.

Thanks again for all the help with getting her back in shape, it means a lot! She is 9 grams as of today from 5 grams when I got her. These little things grow SOOO fast compared to ball pythons. I bet she would have grown even more if she was healthy when I got her.
