    A Tale of Two Pewters

Grabbed my Pewter gals for a paired up shot to show the differences side-by-side. The would not sit still at all, so I got the best shots I could.

Not all Pewters look the same.

Black Pewter het Hypo from Outback Reptiles and a Vanilla Pewter from Mike Bell Reptiles

Thank you for posting these photos, Jinx! I've been thinking alot about Pewters lately, but haven't seen a darker complex and a lighter complex side by side until now. These photos have helped my make up my mind...I prefer the lighter Pewters over the darker ones. That's what I'll be on the look out for when the 2012 hatchlings start to go on sale.

Yeah, I thought it would be interesting. November is very light (almost like a Sterling) because of the addition of the highlighter gene (in this case Vanilla), but I would imagine a Fire Pewter, Disco Pewter, YB Pewter would all look great as well.

Oh my goodness that head blushing. Absolutely stunning. I've been wanting a pewter so bad and these two are absolutely incredible. Some of the finest snakes I've ever seen, honestly. Thanks so much for posting.
