    Small Blood Spots?

So all of my snakes are eating well now (thank god!) but i just fed my mojo male his second rat fuzzy tonight and i noticed some small blood spots on his newspaper. I figured that this was just from his first f/t meal, he is in shed but i flipped him over and inspected him to make sure there were no open wounds.

Has this happened to anyone else feeding f/t? There were only two small spots about the size of a dime or a little smaller.

Yea it was from the rat, no worries. Their teeth are like needles so it pierces the rat pretty easily lol

I've had F/T that dripped a little blood from the nose or from the snake's bite. Nothing to be alarmed about.

I have also had blood come out of the nose of the rat while the snake constricts. This is from them beeing frozen and the tissue in the nasal cavities and lungs aloow some blood to leak out when they are frozen no worries

So that explains why all of Quetzal's rats get bloody noses after he's done making sure that the thawed mouse is dead. That explains a lot, I just figured it had something to do with suffocating or freezing.
