Do you have a t-stat controlling the uth?
An what are the cool side temps and ambient air temps?

This is exactly why i came here.
No one has been straight with me, about what to do.
She's my very first snake, ever. and I knew absolutely nothing.
people just keep telling me different things. I've tried to learn as much as possible.
But it always seems like i'm missing something :/

But no, i didn't know i needed to control the UTH.
And I don't have a t-stat on the cool side.
I am ssooo going to the store in the morning.
