She tricked me

So I thought this girl had her pre-lay shed 35 days ago and I've been waiting for eggs. She's been on the hot side constantly since her last shed and turning on her side a lot lately. However when i checked on her today she looks faded like she's going into shed. Was I wrong in thinking that was her pre lay shed(I never saw an ovulation) and now this is her pre-lay shed?
She hasn't bowl wrapped since her last shed, I think I just caught her mid move/resting

It looks like a shed to me, and I would plan on this one being her pre-lay shed. If it isn't at least you are prepared!

This happened to me last year. Pre-lay shed was pegged after ovy--or what I thought was ovy. Turned out, she shed right about when she should have laid. I chalked it up to being a newbie.

But I was RIGHT! 3 days after the 2nd shed, she laid 6 healthy eggs! We got 1.3 Mojos, and 1.1 normals from that clutch.

I had a girl drop eggs and shed in the same 36 hours last season (not sure in what order, because I found all of it in the tub at the same time).

A lot of people mistake the biggest part of Building as an Ovy and that will mess with your time line.

I had a girl have her prelay shed...Then she shed again about 3 weeks later and then laid her eggs 4 or 5 days later...Just about right on schedule.
