Anyone in to biking?

Lots of wild comments being thrown around. People need to ride more and complain less.

I'm sorry about this but crackandfail I mean cannondale aren't made in the USA. They say they are but like 80% of bikes are welded off shore and are assembled here. That's one of my biggest pet peeves in biking. Betcha it rides nice tho!

Anything Cannondale that came out of the box with a made in the USA sticker was made IN the USA.

I know they used to make some models here in the US but I thought they were all overseas now? Not that it matters as they are just as good a quality as any other mass produced bike...

This change happened very recently. No surprise there. Staying competitive in the market, sadly, means moving production overseas.

Bontrager...as in Keith Bontrager...a legendary frame builder. Unfortunately Trek decided to stick his name on just about everything coming out of their factories in Taiwan...

Keith is still president of Bontrager Components. His company still makes great parts.
