    Um... No
    Dont mess with the eyes, if there are stuck eye caps, increase humidity and wait for next shed. If your not absolutely sure that its stuck eye caps you could do a lot of damage to the living eye cap. Best way to be sure is an inspection of the shed skin, looking for missing eye caps.
