They are the same. I think people eventually just dropped off the pastel, but yes it's a cinny super pastel. If you look on world of BPs they call it a sterling pastel.

Cinny X Super Pastel = Sterling = Sterling Pastel. The Pastel is usually dropped as is it redundant.
RP = Reduced Pattern
