I think it would be cool if the app was able to connect to your camera, and you could take pictures and link them to an event.
When testing guitar hero, we had an excel sheet that my co-worker created that had had something similar. When we tested a song, there were certain things that we did for each song. For each little mini-task, we would "Pass" or "Fail" it. Failing resulted in red highlight coloration, and when we wrote up a bug, we were able to click the "Fail" button that linked directly to the bug! It was awesome!
