I use a rack system with tub and I provide a hide on both the warm end and the cool end. I use light weight RBI hides and kraft paper for substrate so my BPs have no problem moving the hides where they want them.
However, I really like snake lab's PVC pipe set up. First time I've heard about that idea...might be time for a trip to Home Depot.
