You need to cover the lid better....maybe press and seal, or wax paper between the top of the tub and lid......

Humidity does not need to be 100%......75-85% is fine.....as long as your eggs are 'full' they are good....don't be obsessed with numbers....your eggs will tell you when they are too dry......if they are dimpling, and you are not close to hatch dates, they are too dry....either cover the lid better, or add more water, but not to where it touches the eggs.....
